No More Days Without Teeth: DigiFix Direct™ Protocol
Enjoy fixed teeth the same day your implants are placed with Dentvibe’s next-generation digital workflow. No waiting, no uncomfortable removable dentures; just a direct smile!
What is DigiFix Direct™?
In traditional implant treatments, patients often remain toothless for 3 to 6 months after implant placement or have to endure the healing process with difficult-to-use, removable “flipper” dentures.
This period is a source of anxiety for almost all patients. At Dentvibe, our specialist doctors and advanced in-house laboratory have developed a proprietary protocol to eliminate this concern.
DigiFix Direct™ is a specialized protocol developed with Dentvibe expertise, based on the principles of digital planning and immediate loading. With this method, your fixed temporary teeth—designed to restore your chewing function and aesthetics—are prepared and fitted within the first 24 hours of your implant placement.
Step-by-Step Procedure Details
Step 1: Digital Planning and Simulation
Before the operation, surgical planning is conducted via X-rays and, if necessary, 3D Digital Tomography (CBCT). The precise, millimetric positioning of your implants is determined in a computer environment before the procedure even begins.
Step 2: Comfortable Implant Placement
Under local anesthesia, our specialist surgeons place the implants into the pre-planned areas. Thanks to Dentvibe’s comfort-oriented approach, you complete this process with minimal sensitivity.
Step 3: Digital Impression Before Anesthesia Wears Off
This is the most critical stage. While you are still under the effect of local anesthesia and feeling no pain, your digital impressions are taken using 3D Intraoral Scanners. Say goodbye to traditional, messy impression materials that trigger the gag reflex.
Step 4: Laboratory and Design (Rapid Production)
Your digital impressions are instantly transferred to our laboratory. Your custom fixed temporary teeth are designed according to your facial features and natural smile line, then produced using high-precision 3D milling technology.
Step 5: Direct Loading
Within a few hours (or at the latest the next day) following the surgery, your prepared fixed teeth are screwed onto the implants. You leave the clinic not toothless, but with a fixed and aesthetic smile. In the following weeks, these temporary teeth act as a guide to shape your gum tissue as it heals. This eliminates the need for a second surgery when making your permanent prostheses and saves significant time in the tissue-healing phase!
Implants Used
The implants required for this procedure are specifically selected from those suitable for “immediate loading.” These specialized implants differ from standard ones in terms of taper angle, thread depth, and surface coating—features proven to facilitate rapid loading. Our surgeons will decide on the most suitable implant brand for your specific bone structure and provide their recommendation.
Important Information: The Healing Process
“Giving Your Biology the Time It Needs”
The teeth fitted with DigiFix Direct™ are designed for your comfort during the 3-4 month osseointegration period (the time it takes for the implant to bond with the bone fully). During this phase, your teeth are fixed and do not come out. Once healing is complete, these temporaries are replaced with your lifelong permanent teeth made of Zirconium or Porcelain.

Common Questions about DigiFix Direct™ by Dentvibe
Here are the answers to most common inquiries to help you feel fully prepared.
We can successfully apply this protocol to all patients whose implants achieve sufficient "primary stability" (tightness) at the moment of placement.
Yes. However, during the initial 3-month healing period while the implants bond with the bone, we recommend a soft diet and avoiding very hard foods.
Absolutely. Thanks to digital design, even your temporary teeth are prepared in a form and color that matches natural teeth. They also serve as an excellent "trial run" for your permanent teeth, allowing us to perfect the aesthetics together.
Yes, definitely. You should ensure that no bacterial plaque accumulates around the implants during the healing period by using additional methods like water flossers and Superfloss.
During your second visit, your permanent teeth will be redesigned using your temporary fixed teeth as a reference. Every detail, such as color, length, width, and bite relationship, is perfected. Since the gums have already healed, no second surgery is needed. Your Premium Titanium-Bar (Ti-Bar) reinforced screw-retained bridges will fit your implants with millimetric precision.
Yes, it is possible. For you to be a candidate for the DigiFix Direct™ protocol, the implants must achieve a high level of security and "primary stability" within the jawbone. To optimize implant success and ensure the longevity of the treatment, our surgeons may recommend the use of bio-materials, such as bone grafting, to enhance the bone structure.
